The Double Ended Piston Pump has one double shafted motor and two pump heads. The use of this pump allows different stroke volume and flow rates in one application. Up to two different fluids can be transported. The pumps can be tailored exactly to the customer needs.
Flexibility by different piston diameter and alternate offset angles
John Bishop, Director of Sales and Marketing at Diener Precision Pumps, explains: „We achieve two different flow or stroke volume displacement rates by using either two different piston diameters or two alternate offset angles. The Double Ended Piston Pumps support an exact constant ratio and proportional mixing rate. If necessary the Double Ended Piston Pump can handle two different fluids.“
Suitable for pressure-sensitive mixing and dosing applications
The Double Ended Piston Pump is suitable for pressure sensitive mixing and dispensing applications. The inlet and outlet of the two separate pumps can be opposed greatly reducing pressure fluctuations. With only one motor the design of the Double Ended Piston Pump is space and energy saving.
All piston pumps by Diener Precision Pumps impress through their repeatable accuracy, with a precision within 0.5%. The simple geometry of the piston pumps ensures long life and simple cleaning. The piston pumps are valve-less and positive displacement.
